Old man mountain

Ooooooh I dig it....but I want to see it more up close! :) I always wonder what artists are thinking when the crate things...like if there's a story behind what they are maiking or if it's a more symbolic representation etc. I know when I paint something (not in a long long time!) there is a usually a story going through my head. So do you have any special inspirations or "stories" on this one? Just wondering! I like it! Lots.

  2. Oh yeah, lot`s of stories. Riding the train is quite an experience. I usually take that method of transportation from Olympia to Great Falls, and back. It`s nineteen hours of just sitting there thinking about shit that needs no thought, really. The path between Washington and Montana goes through Glacier park, and when you look out the window there it`s just humbling; Like talking to a wise old man. So that`s the concept here, is that all these advances we`ve made as humans are really nothing in comparison to natures advances.
